#178 What To Do When You Find Out Your Teen’s Using Drugs Or Drinking

As a parent, perhaps you've been confronted with this issue: you've found evidence that your teen or tween is vaping, drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana, or using other substances and you have no idea what to do next.

You can't think. You're upset, angry, anxious, confused, disappointed, etc. Do you give consequences? Do you call a therapist? What do you even say?

I'll tell you the best way to approach this issue including guidelines for the conversation and the actual mechanics of the conversation. This episode will help you make it through this very tough situation with your teenager or tween.
