Neurogility LLC, doing business as Neurogility and at the url https://www.neurogility.com, (collectively referred to in this document as “Neurogility”, “we”, “us” or “our”) appreciate and respect the trust you have in our ability to protect the information you share with us or that we collect from you (or about you) when you visit our website and utilize our services. This policy covers your personal information, which is any information that specifically identifies you, such as your full name or your email address. If we collect any other information now or in the future that could be associated with your personal information, we will also treat that information as personal information.

Information You Provide Directly
We collect personal information from you directly when you fill out our Attendee Registration form for live or online events, sign up for our newsletter or fill out the contact form on our website. We may also collect personal information from you after you have attended one of our events and given us permission to contact you. We collect this information to enable us to provide our services to you, to improve communications and services we provide to you and to develop new services for you.
Information We May Collect Automatically
In addition to information you choose to provide to us directly, we and our service provider(s) may also use technology to automatically collect specific additional information. For example:
IP Address and Other Identifiers - When you access and interact with our website and online services, Neurogility and our service providers may collect information about your visits to permit you to connect to and obtain the services and to understand how often specific visitors visit or interact with various services. For example, we may collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, which identifies the computer or service provider you use to access our services, or information about the type of browser you use, authentication identifiers, and other information about software and hardware. Social Media Information and Content. If you access or log into our services through a social media service or connect one of our services to a social media service, the information we collect may also include your user ID and/or user name associated with that social media service, information and content you have permitted the social media service to share with us (e.g.: profile picture, email address or friends lists and information you have made public through that social media service). When you access our services through social media services or when you connect a Service to social media services, you are authorizing Neurogility to collect, store and use your information and content according to this Privacy Policy.

Our website and online services may also use several different types of “cookies”, which are small text files that are stored on your computer to enable websites to remember information about you. We and our service providers use cookies for a variety of purposes to enhance the quality of our website and services such as webpage continuity and to help us personalize your return visits and save you time during certain activities. Web Beacons and Other Technologies.

Third-Party Internet Advertising
Some of the advertisements you see on Neurogility are delivered by third parties who also collect information about your online activities, on any of your devices, on this and other websites and apps through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies. These technologies are used to deliver personalized advertisements tailored to your interests. We may also provide certain information about you for these third parties to use (such as your age, gender, interests, our features or services you use, information about and activity on the different devises you use) so they may personalize and analyze the delivery of their advertisements to you on our website. Another organization (made up of several media and marketing associations) known as the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") allows consumers to make choices regarding third-party interest-based online advertisements. According to the DAA, “Using this browser tool, you can control the collection and use of Web viewing data for interest-based advertising and other applicable uses on this browser, by some or all of the participating companies.” To opt-out of third-party advertisements in mobile apps, you can download the AppChoices app.

Remember that even after you cancel your account, copies of some information from your account may remain viewable in some circumstances where, for example, you have shared information with social media or other services.
Because of the nature of caching technology, your account may not be instantly inaccessible to others. We may also retain backup information related to your account on our servers for some time after cancelation for fraud detection or to comply with applicable law or our internal security policies. We have no control over such third-parties, their websites or their products or services.
Payment Services
We may use an unaffiliated payment service to enable you to purchase products and services or to make payments on a third-party payment service provider website (“Payment Service”). When purchasing a product or service or making a payment using a Payment Service, you will be directed to a page operated by that Payment Service. Information you provide to the Payment Service is subject to that Payment Service's privacy policy, and not this Privacy Policy. Neurogility has no control over, and are not responsible for, any Payment Service's use of information collected through any Payment Service.
Children Under the Age of 13
Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
