Teen suicide is obviously not something we like to think about. But because it happens all too often in young people, we must be educated and face it head-on. On today’s episode I talk to AnneMoss Rogers, a mental health keynote speaker, mental health and suicide education expert and suicide loss survivor. AnneMoss lost her 20-year-old son to suicide in 2015, but rather than telling her story today, she focuses on what you can do to become more aware and proactive regarding your teen (and even their friends.) Listening to the show today could literally save someone’s life. Be sure and share❣️
