#101: Your High Schooler Needs Some Self-Discovery Before Those College Visits

Even if your kid is still in middle school, you'll want to tune in to today's episode to help ease your mind a bit. I'm talking with my friend and fellow podcaster, Sonia Cacique, of the College and Career Ready podcast about some of the most important steps in career and college planning. Hint: we're not talking about grades, college and university tours, or working on the dreaded application.

The initial steps your teens need to take to get ready to pursue college and/or a career is much more personal. We can't expect young people to have their future all figured out before leaving for college or entering the workforce. The most important part of this journey to adulthood is learning about what's possible for themselves. You're going to really appreciate this one!
